Zoya Peter Som Spring/Summer 2013

Hello :)  Today I have this Trio to show you.  I almost didn't want to post this but you'll see the reason why I decided to later ...

Formula was good.  The first coat was patchy but the second coat finished the job.  Photographs are shown in 2 coats w/topcoat.

Jacqueline - a nude creme with very subtle shimmer
 Neely - a minty creme
Sharon - a bright orange creme
This is the reason why I decided to post this - My very first saran wrap mani !!  First Jacqueline, Sharon then Neely.  Neely showed up really well in real life - just not in the pic
I watched some videos on YouTube a while back but never gave it a try.  I like how this turned out and will be doing more down the road.

These colors are so pretty but each and every one of them clashed with my skin tone !!  While I was painting, the few words I said were "yuck, YUCK, ewwww, YUCK !!!"  One good thing was that I didn't look bad at all with the saran wrap mani :)  This set was sold out in a few hours and I still have the Zang Toi trio coming, hopefully I will like that set better?

What do you think of this set?  And the saran wrap mani?

Thank you for dropping by.

The set is very pretty and I think they look great on you. I many try the saran wrap tomorrow. I have to make sure the base coat is completely dry before putting on the 2nd color...right? :)

I have to admit that I don't like Zoya but I see that they finally have made a polish with my name!!! I may have to get it just for that, especially since I love the color!

Gorgeous set! I love the saran wrap look!

Yes the base color must dry completely before the 2nd color. I waited a whole hour before the 2nd, then another 10 mins for the 3rd. Your compliment is much appreciated :)

I love Zoya but this set clashed with my skin tone. This was an LE and sold out now. Sorry Jacqui :(

I really like this set, I think I'm in love with mint in every shade and that orange is so vibrant! I've yet to try the glad wrap mani but will definitely move it up my list after seeing your great result!

Hmmm the set is pretty Jacqueline reminds me of Illamasqua's Load though (eww I hate that name). I think probably Sharon looks the best with your skin tone the others wash you out a bit. I've never done a saran wrap many this looks pretty good though. I like the little bits of orange peaking out. I wonder how this trio would look water marbled? You should try it!

Orange never looks good on me and Sharon is no exception LOL !! I was thinking water marble too, might try it this weekend :) Thanks Miss T !!

The Saran Wrap is gorgeous.

I don't think these clash with your skin tone though. They look gorgeous on you. Amazing swatches.
