My Halloween Nails

Hello & Happy Saturday !!  Halloween is almost here and I just couldn't wait to show you what I came up with.   The colors I used were Lancome Tangerine Tint & piCture pOlish Black; Flocking powder from Michael's in Coral and Ebony; Konad plate M28 for the spider  using Konad black stamping polish, Art Deco Black nail art lacquer for the French tip & lastly a black rhinestone on the spider.

Here it is with topcoat on ring finger only

I tried to be really careful with the black stamping polish but it still smeared !!  It always happens to me, that's why I don't use black that often.  The flocking powder kept shedding so I took it off after 5 hours.

So what do you think?

Thank you for dropping by.

Oh I love this Vicky! The flocking powder is pretty, but I think it would drive me crazy! ;)

Gorgeous. I recently did some Jack-O-Lanterns, but they're pretty messy. Hah, I agree with Glitznglam. I'd find the texture really distracting.

I'm usually not a huge fan of flocking powder type manicures, but I'm really loving the look of this one! It works perfectly for Halloween, even if it does only last a few hours :)

Very nice Vicky! Flocking powder seems fun to use even if it doesn't last long :P

Oh wow Vicky this is so cool! I've never tried using flocking powder before but I love the effect. Did you put a topcoat over it or does that ruin it? It's a bit sad it only lasts a few hours

no topcoat, it'd ruin the finish .. It was pretty while it lasted LOL !! Thx Tamira :)
