I started off with 2 coats of China Glaze Angel Wings - a clear base with golden fine holographic glitter, the silver stamping polish was A England Excalibur - a silver metallic; On my ring finger, 2 coats of China Glaze Glistening Snow - a clear base with silver fine holographic glitter, the red stamping polish was China Glaze Cranberry Splash and the plate image was from DRK-B on all nails. This image looks a bit like poinsettias, don't you think? Originally, I was going to use China Glaze 2030 (my go-to gold stamping polish) but it didn't show up very well on the Glistening Snow, that's why I used Cranberry Splash instead !! All the ChG's that I used are from their latest 2012 Holiday Joy Collection. Let's take a look at these photos :)
A coat of Gelous before stamping since Angel Wings and Glistening Snow were rough then topcoat. However, the silver images still got wrinkled even with Gelous before stamping!!
I bought the XL stamper from eBay (not affiliated) and received the package yesterday. So I had to try it out for this mani, it worked very well. I really do love it but the stamp part always comes off when I clean/wipe it after each stamp, any suggestion? I wonder if I could super glue it ...What do you think? Thank you for dropping by :)
