Hello :) Happy Sunday !! Well, I'm skipping AIS Challenge today because I have no clue how to do 'nerdy' nails !!
Anyway, I went to my regular Nail Supply Store a few days ago and picked up 2 sets of OPI Disney's Oz The Great and Powerful Soft Shades LE Collection plus some other goodies :) One set is for me and the other set is for a giveaway which I will put up next week so stay tuned !
Here are the 2 shades I used for this mani from this collection:
Glints of Glinda - a peachy/caramel jelly; it is very sheer and took 3 coats to reach opacity;
Which is Witch? - a clear base with various sizes of silver holographic glitter and mini bars as well; didn't dry too rough so Gelous wasn't needed. This is such a gorgeous glitter topcoat!!!!!!
Topped with a coat of Hong Kong Girl topcoat
A macro shot of my ring finger (didn't know my camera could do macro shots !!)
I have officially abandoned my Poshe topcoat. It shrunk my brand new manicures as fast as 15 minutes. I really had enough of that. Now I don't know what to do with my refill bottle.
So I'm now trying out the Hong Kong Girl topcoat which I also got from the NS Store. The only thing I don't like is the smell, however, it isn't as bad as Seche Vite which I only used for 2-3 manicures then gave it to my sister. I have worn this mani for a day and this topcoat was working out fine. No shrinkage and it still stayed shiny the next day.
I think Glints of Glinda doesn't look too bad on me huh? I loved how this turned out ! What do you think?
Thank you for dropping by :)
