Born Pretty Store Water Decals Review

**press samples**

Hello :)  Hope everyone is having a great weekend !!

Today I have some water decals from Born Pretty Store.  They've asked me a few times to review some of their products but I just wasn't interested at the time.  I have been so into water decals/nail wraps lately and don't seem to get enough of them LOL !!  They're easy to apply and there are tons of designs which I could not achieve on my own.  So I took the time to browse through BPS and found a ton of them.  You'll see my choices in this post and let's start :)

First up:  a whole sheet of 11 different designs - each individual design is roughly about 3"x5".  These are trim-to-fit kind of water decals.  Here's the product link.
I cut up some square pieces that would fit the nail length my middle and ring, dipped in water for about 15 secs, removed the backing then placed them over base coat, removed excess on the tips gently with a nail file and around the cuticle/skin areas, I used acetone.  Simple !!
The green shade you see on the pointer and pinky is Barielle Green with Envy - a gorgeous mossy green creme.  I used a heart-shaped hand punch (by Fiskars) then placed them.
I personally don't think you could actually do all 10 full sized nails with just one sheet of design.  Perhaps with shorter nails, but not really with my length.  You could mix and match though.  By the way, I'm wearing this while typing this post :)  How could I not love this?!?!?!?
Next up:  Y106 water decals which I forgot to take a picture of the packet before I cut the images out :(   There are 8 sunflower and 12 lace images.
The middle and ring are done with a gradient.  I sponged on about 5-6 coats of a-England Iseult (a light pink w/hidden silver shimmer) 3/4 down toward the cuticles, then 2 coats of Sparrow me the Drama (a medium dusty pink) on the tips. This gradient took a long time because Iseult is so sheer and I had to wait for each coat to dry.  The pointer and pinky are 3 coats of Iseult.  All stamped with the 'fence' image from a Cheeky plate, CH11 using Barielle Night Moves (silver metallic) as stamping polish.
I wore this for 5 whole days and yes, I loved it very much !!
Now, my coupon code is ZAL91 (banner placed on the top right) which grants you 10% off and always, free worldwide shipping.

What do you think?  Thank you for dropping by :)

Hi Vicky, so so beautiful - both of them!!!! I really love bold colors so your first mani is my preferred but reading to which extent you went for achieving the second mani this is incredible <3

Gorgeous!! I love both designs, and I've been wanting to try water decals myself but I'm afraid of application, it sounds quite challenging to get full nails and I'm sure I'll end up making a mess! lol
